The A-Series Direct Drive Pump is a high-performance water pump that is built to handle the most challenging applications. Featuring heavy-duty cast iron and stainless steel housing for maximum durability, the A-Series Pump is designed for years of trouble-free operation. The continuous-duty Direct Drive motor reduces maintenance requirements by simply keeping the intake screen clean. In addition, the A-Series Pump features double silicone carbide mechanical seals and dual drive bearings that minimize friction and wear, prolonging motor life. For added safety, the thermal overload protection shuts down the pump in low water conditions to prevent damage due to overheating. The A-Series Pump-1 HP A31 model weighs 48 lbs., and has a 3″ FIPT outlet and a 30′ cord. It is a 115-volt, 10-amp, 1160-watt pump. The A-Series Pump comes with a 2-year warranty.
