VP Hi-Performance Classic GL-4 Gear Oil SAE 80W-90 is a mineral-based, API GL-4 lubricant designed for use with ‘yellow metals’ in synchronizers, thrust washers, bushings and other components typically found in classic manual transmissions and transaxles. This hi-performance 80W-90 gear oil has great shear stability and maintains viscosity. This product should not be used in an application requiring a GL-5 extreme pressure gear oil. VP Hi-Performance Gear Oils are formulated using high quality base stocks and an optimized performance additive system for automotive and heavy duty gear oils. They’re manufactured using a low-odor performance additive, reducing the pungent aroma typically associated with gear oils. That makes whatever work you’re doing a lot less of a hassle.
NOTE: This container is solely intended for use with non-fuel or non-kerosene products and must not be used to transport fuel or kerosene. For storage and transport of recyclable automotive fluids, non-potable water, feed attractants, and other outdoor products.
